Hot Wheels Made in India

During the 1990's Hot Wheels were manufactured and sold in India in a joint operation between Mattel and an Indian based Company , the logo which appeared on the packaging was "LEO MATTEL" , Models were produced in all card boxes (similar to early Matchbox models) as well as the traditional blister packs , below are some examples , the factory in India ceased production in 1999.

The first issues appeared in Matchbox style all card boxes.
