On the 11th of April 1994, at 0456 hrs, light engine LF30 , while enroute from Clapham shunt yard to Normanby shunt yard, failed to stop at a red signal (YY11) at Yeerongpilly. DEL 2452D proceeded through a set of catch points beyond the signal.
